Starting as an electrician in Nottingham, Justin had no family wealth or financial backing. In 2018, he took a leap into property with no prior experience, no personal funds, and no guarantees. Through strategic deal-making, creative financing, and relentless execution, he built a 180-room Rent-to-Rent (R2R) portfolio, allowing him to scale rapidly while minimizing upfront capital.
In 2020, he transitioned into property ownership, acquiring and developing 30 properties, a hotel, and a block of flats, all contributing to a combined £10M+ GDV (Gross Development Value).
Despite starting with nothing, Justin mastered the art of raising investor finance, securing over £1M in private investment to fund his deals. His expertise in sourcing, funding, and scaling property portfolios has been featured in YPN magazine, and he has mentored numerous investors to achieve similar success.
